- 500grams Rump Steak
- 1/2 jar (200ml) Steers Monkeygland Sauce
- 2 crushed cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Seasoning (Sea Salt & Pepper)
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add cuts of meat.
- Gently massage the marinade into meat.
- Leave in fridge for at least 3 hours. (The longer you leave it in, the more tender it will be)
