Ingredients

  • Sardines – not from a can. Frozen or Fresh

Method

  1. Thaw the sardines. you do not have to clean them.
  2. The steaming guts add a terrific flavour to the flesh.
  3. This is true.
  4. Get a hot bed of coals.
  5. Rub the sardines with olive oil and rock salt.
  6. Braai as is for 3/4 minutes a side. Eat with a salad and boiled potatoes.
