Ingredients
- 300g fillet steak
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 2 gherkins, finely chopped
- 1 tot capers, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
- 1 teaspoonTomato sauce
- 1 tot Olive oil
Method
- Use your best and sharpest knife in the kitchen and cut and chop the fillet steak into small, thin pieces, you should chop it so finely that it resembles bef mince.
- Now add all of the ingredients to the meat and mix well, making sure all the flavours are mixed into the meat.
- Serve the steak tartare with freshly toasted bread and some extra salt and pepper if needed.
