Ingredients
- 1 Large onion chopped
- 6 – 8 Large tomatoes blanched
- Garlic
- Oil
- Salt & pepper
- 3 TBSP of chutney
- Worcester sauce – a couple of squirts
- 4 TSP of sugar
Method
- Fry the onion and garlic in a big pot over moderate heat until soft.
- Add peeled and chopped tomatoes as well as remaining ingredients and cook over low heat for 1 hour
