Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) Soya sauce
  • 2 tots Ponzu sauce
  • 2 tots Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tots Rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tots Sake
  • 2 tots Mirren
  • 2 tots Honey

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients for the sauce together in a pan or pot. You can do tis over the fire or on the stove.
  2. Let the sauce simmer for about 20 minutes until it starts to thicken and reduce.
  3. Serve the sauce with your favourite Yakitori of beef or chicken skewers.
