Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) Soya sauce
- 2 tots Ponzu sauce
- 2 tots Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 2 tots Rice wine vinegar
- 2 tots Sake
- 2 tots Mirren
- 2 tots Honey
Method
- Place all the ingredients for the sauce together in a pan or pot. You can do tis over the fire or on the stove.
- Let the sauce simmer for about 20 minutes until it starts to thicken and reduce.
- Serve the sauce with your favourite Yakitori of beef or chicken skewers.
